dance steps
step aerobics
steps for success
steps for cooking
steps to happiness
steps for addictions
steps for weight loss
steps out of depression
steps for accepting the past
steps for weight acceptance
steps for dealing with PTSD
steps to accomplish anything

The lists of the steps out of depression, the lists of the steps for body acceptance, the lists of the steps away from PTSD, the lists of steps for dealing with bipolar disorder; these are the seemingly insurmountable steps that send me tumbling down the stairs of despair.

The only step I can focus on is the one that takes me one step away from my bed in the morning.

  1. You're like me… you write endless lists. I feel as though its the only way I can remember what I need/want to do. It also focuses my mind in a general “This is WHAT you need to do.”

… which also includes the – omg I'm never going to accomplish any of these things, I'm such a failure – aspect of the lists. I'm happy to know I'm not the only one that does this. I hope you can check some of those items off easily and productively *Good Luck*
