Mom taught me to always write ‘Thank You’ notes

I found a wonderful website by Juno Cristi, and this post was inspired by her post A Thank You Note To Self.

I need to do this today because I’m feeling very frustrated with being a human being and not a perfectly made machine.

Thank you, Sheri, for surviving and never giving up. I know you’ve felt like it, but you didn’t and for that I am grateful.

Thank you for having the courage fifteen years ago to escape with your daughters to safety.

Thank you for being brave and humble enough to ask for help.

Thank you for your desire to learn holistic ways to cope with bipolar disorder. Because of this, life has been greatly enriched.

Thank you for realizing you need to make changes for the good of your health, and sticking to them.

Thank you for standing up for your principles.

Thank you for your creativity and believing in yourself.

Thank you for allowing yourself to be loved unconditionally.

Thank you for loving yourself unconditionally.

I love comments!
